Payment Information
Payments: I require payment the day of session and I currently accept all major credit cards.
Private Pay: “Therapeutic hour” 50-minute individual session $150
Insurance: Insurance Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or an employee benefit plan. I am able to bill some health insurances, but I am not always an in-network provider.
At this time, I am only in-network with commercial plans (not state Medicaid or federal Medicare) administered by the following companies:

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee for the no show or late cancelation (less than 24 hours notice.) Insurance companies do not pay for missed appointments.
Medicaid/Reduced Fee: I do not accept Medicaid nor bill Medicaid. I do have a few slots reserved for private pay reduced fee for low-income clients. I recommend contacting me to see if I have reduced rate spot available. I take reduced fee clients strictly through Open Path Collective.
